Processing Time

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped, The Joy Experience LLC is not responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the postal service. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for updates.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
