Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, The Joy Experience LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking assistance.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
